Lifetime Guarantee’s weekly program is now available via podcast! Lifetime Guarantee is the ministry of Bill and Anabel Gillham and aims to help you “see yourself as God sees you and live as He intended.” (Our friends at Soulation might call that “being appropriately human.”)

To that end, Lifetime Guarantee has quite a few resources worth checking out in addition to the weekly podcast: there’s a daily devotional (that you can subscribe to via email if you like) and weekly article series that touches on topics ranging from dealing with worry to learning from failure. That’s a lot of useful information already, but they’ve got yet more spiritual development resources if you want to explore the site further.

The YS podcast provides tools, tips and much needed encouragement to thousands of youth workers. You can really sense their love for students and youth workers alike in these videos. They’ve been doing the podcast in video format since August of last year, which in podcasting terms is quite an achievement.

The December episode of the Youth Specialties podcast is online—this month features an interview with Mark Matlock about the importance of teaching wisdom to students and young people. What is Biblical wisdom, and how can you teach teenagers to practice it? It’s a good discussion about an area of youth ministry that is often overlooked.

Sammy Tippit has launched two new webcasts–”Renewal,” which talks about ways to deepend your relationship with Christ, and “Legacy,” which focuses on family-related topics. The webcasts can be listened to online or downloaded, and complete archives of both are available at the Sammy Tippit Ministries website. Lucado’s daily one-minute message is available in MP3 format from his website–there are several months’ worth of audio listed there, so you can actually listen ahead if you want. Looking for a sermon on a particular topic? If you can’t find it at the Sermon Index, there’s a good chance it doesn’t exist! Sermon Index has recently topped 10,000 audio sermons, in addition to the 15,000 text sermons. There are also active forums, podcasts, and a collection of vintage photos to help you in your reading–well worth a visit, whether you’re a minister researching a particular topic or “just” interested in hearing what Christianity’s great thinkers have to say about a certain subject.

Prophecy Today has joined the ranks of podcasting ministries! Jimmy DeYoung, PT’s resident expert on prophecy and current events, is podcasting his daily Middle East News Update and several other regular audio broadcasts. See the full list of PT’s available podcasts (four of them, as of today), or if you’re unfamiliar with podcasting, read their good introduction to feeds and podcasts.

Youth Specialties has joined the ranks of podcasters! The latest podcast [MP3] is an interview with Duffy and Maggie Robbins about their book Enjoy the Silence. Tune in as Duffy and Maggie discuss the power of prayer and Scripture meditation, and offer some ideas for using the “Lectio Divina” discipline to make Bible reading more meaningful to you, with a special focus on youth workers and youth groups.

If you’re not familiar with Steve Brown of Key Life Ministries, you’re in for a treat–he’s one of the most interesting Christian teachers online, and you can catch his insights each day on his daily broadcasts. Steve’s messages are now available via podcast as well, so plug his podcast feed into your favorite podcasting program and enjoy!

Steve also does a weekly broadcast called Steve Brown Etc. On this Friday’s program, as End of the Spear opens in theaters, he’ll be interviewing Steve Saint, the son of one of the slain missionaries, as well as the producer of the film.
