How as a believer & follower of Jesus do I as a manager deal with employees who cheat at work? I have talked with Human Resources & my boss but no one is doing anything about the issue.

I would appreaciate knowing where I can find resources to deal with non believers in the work envirornment, but be able to stand before God and say I have done all I could.

  2. eacg777 says:

The Bible is the best resoucre for everything, so dig in! What would Jesus do? Show them what Jesus would do. You may be the only Bible they will ever read, so be a good witness. You don’t have to preach them a sermon, just live the life in front of them and they will notice how different you are. Wait for opportunities because they’ll come knocking.

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”
- 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
