For one reason, God loves you and he can’t stand to lose you. The Bible says, “He did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us…” (Romans 8:32). Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - The Christmas Mission - #8167 http://hutchcraft.com/A-Life-That-Matters/Radio-Program/The-Christmas-Mission-8167 2009-01-05T12:15:10-05:00 I’ve got to tell you, I was moved by our little guy. He was showing all of us what should be a governing passion of our lives and our relationships–pointing people to Jesus. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Missing At the Manger - #8166 http://hutchcraft.com/A-Life-That-Matters/Radio-Program/Missing-At-the-Manger-8166 2009-01-05T12:14:02-05:00 They went on to quote the verse that identified the place. Here’s the strange part. The strangers from the East headed for Bethlehem; the religious people, the Bible people stayed right where they were. The people who knew the Bible missed Jesus. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - A 'No Fear' Christmas - #8165 http://hutchcraft.com/A-Life-That-Matters/Radio-Program/A-No-Fear-Christmas-8165 2009-01-05T12:11:41-05:00 ...even with a falling messenger, that’s still an important message of Christmas. The Bible says, “The angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy…a Savior has been born to you’” (Luke 2:10-11). Notice, “Do not be afraid.” That message seems especially important this Christmas. A lot of our personal finances are full of fear right now. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Lonely Christmas Lights - #8164 http://hutchcraft.com/A-Life-That-Matters/Radio-Program/Lonely-Christmas-Lights-8164 2009-01-05T12:10:30-05:00 ...when I see that island of light in a sea of night, I realize the darker the darkness is, the more the light shows up. That’s a good reminder of maybe why you are where you are: the place where you work, your school, your social group, or where you recreate, maybe even your family. It could be that Jesus has asked you to represent Him in a place that’s really dark–except for you. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Broken At Christmas - #8162 http://hutchcraft.com/A-Life-That-Matters/Radio-Program/Broken-At-Christmas-8162 2009-01-05T12:07:15-05:00 ...may be that’s a feeling someone listening today knows all too well. Here we are in the season when everybody’s all “joy to the world” and you’re dealing with the pain of a broken relationship, or a broken dream, or a broken heart. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - The Christmas Shepherds Where You Are - #8158 http://hutchcraft.com/A-Life-That-Matters/Radio-Program/The-Christmas-Shepherds-Where-You-Are-8158 2009-01-05T12:01:57-05:00 ...little did those shepherds know when they camped out in that field that night that they were about to step into a life that matters. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Getting Hit at Christmas http://hutchcraft.com/Christmas-Moments/Christmas-2008/Getting-Hit-At-Christmas 2008-12-08T12:26:13-05:00 Our family was returning from our Christmas party when a drunk driver hit us head-on. Our car was totaled and some of us had a slightly uncomfortable Christmas. It’s always hard to get hit; it’s just a little tougher when you get hit at Christmas. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Bending Low to Enter http://hutchcraft.com/Christmas-Moments/Christmas-2008/Bending-Low-to-Enter 2008-12-08T12:25:30-05:00 My visit to Jesus’ birthplace in Bethlehem was really something special. The cave is under the Church of the Nativity where the door into the church is so low you can’t go in standing up. You have to bend low to enter, which is actually pretty appropriate. Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Home For Christmas http://hutchcraft.com/Christmas-Moments/Christmas-2008/Home-For-Christmas 2008-12-08T12:24:55-05:00 Now you may be surrounded by people this Christmas and still have this lonely feeling in your soul. It’s Christmastime and you’re not home.
