What one man has done with this building: 200,000 square foot eyesore not long ago. It was this abandoned old factory building in a deteriorating part of the city. But one Christian businessman saw something no one else saw—the potential of an army of volunteers and tradesmen mobilizing to turn that abandoned building into a center for ministries of compassion and outreach in his city. And today the love of Christ is going out from that building on a daily basis.
