the bearing of a cross is the life that you expect to have after you become a christian. You will think that it is hard, and you are not wrong. In Luke 14:25 – 26 it is recorded. ‘Large crowds were travelling with Jesus, and turning to them he said ‘If anyone comes to me and does not hate his father anmd mother, his wife and chidre, his brothers and sists – yes even his own life – he cannot be my disciple And anyone who doe not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple.
