Feet in the Bible: Isaiah 52:7
There's nothing so beautiful as the bearer of good news. And what news could be better than that God sent his son to die for our sins, to restore us to a right relationship with Him? This prophetic passage from Isaiah has become well-known through songs and sayings.

“…how lovely are the feet of them that bring good news…” That’s what I heard the Lord speak to my heart this morning…so I began to reflect upon that. I am a fanatic about my feet “looking” really good, manicured, polished, soft…pretty in sandals, I always get complimented on my feet…may seem strange, but my mom always said, “take care of your feet, they carry you around all day!” and yes, moms are always right! But, my heart was speaking to me about how do “I” walk out each day…where do my feet go each day…who do they pass by that may need a word of encouragement, hope, words of affirmation, words softly spoken in these loud and tumultuous times. Do friends and co-workers want to see me coming, or do they want to run in the opposite direction because will my words bring life into them – or will my words be condemning and critical? So my question is: Are your feet lovely today?

Yes, God desires us to have “Beautiful Feet!†But what does that mean? For the Jews in Biblical times it meant to bring the good news or a good message (Isa. 52:7). This is why Paul uses this in Romans 10:5-21 (vs. 14-15), why we send our missionaries and evangelists from our churches. These are also the marching orders from Matt. 28, to evangelize and disciple, yet so few Christians ever do it, so few churches do it! What an extreme insult we must be to ignore His call!
The true believer is the one who bases all their life,†IT ALL”, upon Christ, with full trust and assurance by faith and obedience (Gal. 2:20-21; Col. 3:1-3).
May God make my feet to bring good news and healing to the sick. there are so many who need the good news of the Lord, and my prayer is may i be counted amongst those who will bring good news to the people.
I am presently studying about the topic “to wash the feet of someone”.
After reading through this webside I have at least an idea and more information on this specific topic would be appreciated.
