Flattery in the Bible - a Christian perspective


Job's friend Elihu was angry with Job's other friends, who had just condemned him while claiming to give him good advice. Here, he criticizes them but is quick to point out that he's not interested in flattering them, Job, or anyone else--flattery isn't a godly trait.
