Need to give a sermon on :P rov.13:12 Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life. Can you all help?

I think Romans 8:18 to 8:27 speaks to this. The creation itself has hope. For liberation from the bondage of the curse. And there is a suffering, a groaning that exists during the time of waiting.

So yes, there is a sickness of the heart, a time of suffering. But Paul said it’s not worth comparing to the glory that will be revealed.

And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness.
