The Importance of Bible Study - Into Thy Word Ministries

One Comment

  1. Carl Randolph says:

II Timothy 3:16-17 tells us precisely the role of God’s Word in our lives as Christians:
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instructions in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works”.
In essence, we receive instructions and get corrected through the Word. Christianity is a relationship that has a lifestyle and for that lifestyle to be amplified, you need to locate yourself in the Word.

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”
- 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
