I think one of our biggest problems is when our eyes are bigger than our bellys. Those words Mom use to describe our dinner plate when we can’t eat everything we put on our plates. I really like this lesson because this lesson describes some of us w/ credit cards,clothes,cars and yes even food.
Today in our modern society million are spent on quick ways to lose those
unwanted pounds. Have our eyes become bigger than our bellys?
