The "Do You Really Believe?" Test - #5995
The issue in whether or not you have a relationship with God isn't what beliefs you agree with or what meetings you go to, or what religion you're a part of. The whole issue is, "Where are you placing your trust to get you to heaven?" In your Christianity? In your Christian religion or rituals? In your Christian upbringing or your Christian knowledge? Or even trying to live like a Christian? None of those can save you from the awful death penalty for our sinful rebellion against God. It's got to be Jesus...all Jesus...only Jesus.

Also, a minister who preaches “Every thing must be viewed from the cross and resurrection” has sais he would not have a problem performing a gay marriage. he says this is because he marries sinners most of the time (People living together before marriage i.e.”fornicators” and thus he should not decline one without the other. Thank you
The basic difference in performing a gay marriage as apposed to a God sanctioned marriage is that a gay marriage promotes living in sin, whereas bringing together two people who were living in a sinful relationship brings it God’s law of marriage. God made marriage between a man and a woman, whom HE created physically compatable to carry out HIS command to be fruitful and multiply.(Gen. 2) A Gay couple is incapable of doing that in and of themselves even if they wanted to. I know the comparison to that argument is a woman who cannot have babies. But she is equipped to do so if that physiological imperfection was non-existant. thank you.
