"Relax" in the Bible: Psalm 116:7
We all need rest and relaxation from time to time. The psalmist in Psalm 116 tells his soul to relax because the LORD has been good to it.

I love this is. This is so true, I can’t even tell you!!
I just got out of the hospital due to stress and worrying too much. I was not, had not been getting enough of the right rest.
I am will be 23 this weekend and have had to bare anythings and then I feel I have to take other activities and cares on my hands if others will not or are not ‘doing them right’.
I am feeling much better, still not 100% but through all of this God is and has been with me. I know it is all only to be ok. He will take care of me. this has brought me closer to Him, as funny or odd as that may sound. I am resting in my relationship w/Jesus. he is my HOPE, healer, provider, peace and all of the above. Ps 46:10
