A reporter watching it said, “I don’t think they’re going to make it.” Well thankfully, choppers came in the nick of time with water and doused the flames. Later, the fire captain asked a whole big group of firefighters for volunteers to go back and fight that fire again. All 12 of those guys put their hands up. Here’s what the newscaster said about their heroism, “Once again they laid their lives on the narrow line between life and death.”
