You may be, by nature, a strong and a self-reliant person. And that can be good. You've had to make it on your own; you've have to figure out things on your own. And maybe you've done a pretty good job of it. Then God comes along and says, "If you want life to work, if you want to have a relationship with Me, you have to let go of the wheel."
