I will never leave you or forsake you - a Christian perspective

In Joshua, God promises that just like with Moses he will never leave his people or forsake them. No one will be able to stand up to them because God is on their side.

We are all so needy. Needy of understanding who we are in Jesus Christ. What He has done for us. How can we understand that we are perfect in Him, almost unbelievable, almost.

I do not know if anyone will ever read these simple words from my heart. All I know is that I have 5 children who I will be with forever, and a wife who I love with all my heart. A mother and father with their own mother and father in eternity. I never met one grandparent.

What more can anyone ever ask for? What a God we have. Truth, one truth. Jesus Christ, God in a mans body, His Blood for our redemption, our failures for His perfection? How can any man reject such a great Salvation? While we were still in our sin, Jesus Christ died for the ungodly…All praise and eternal honor belongs to Him and Him alone. May God reveal Himself to us in a deeper way by the Holy Spirit. God bless you richly.

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”
- 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
