Abortion “Gift” Certificates | Think Christian
Recently Planned Parenthood in Indiana started selling gift certificates for services at their centers. In terms of what the gift cards can be used for, the website mainly sticks to the words “screenings” and “exams.” While there’s no mention of the a-word, the gift card can apparently be used for an abortion.

Why don’t we talk more about the Holy Spirit?
Why don’t Christians talk more about the Holy Spirit? So asks Dan Edelen in a blog post from early last year. He wants to know why Christian blogs, bookstores, and churches are full of talk about just about every imaginable topic… but seem strangely silent about the third person of the Trinity.

Bob Dylan and America’s search for God
Joseph Bottum of First Things is apparently quite a Bob Dylan fan—he’s recently been interviewed about the man and his music. Toward the end of the interview, the discussion turns to Dylan’s gospel music and the way he sang about God.

Creation, thru the eyes of a programmer
This may be too tedious for the non-geekoids among us, but those who have done any work with computers will appreciate the work put into this simulated programming sequence of the creation. Pretty cool…

10,000 new Christians a day… in China!
Ten thousand Chinese become Christians each day, according to a stunning report by the National Catholic Reporter’s veteran correspondent John Allen, and 200 million Chinese may comprise the world’s largest concentration of Christians by mid-century, and the largest missionary force in history.
