Putting on your armor means consciously choosing the spiritual resources of Jesus as the ways you will respond to every attack. Don't concentrate on the attack that's coming your way. Concentrate instead on the things that make you strong - the full armor of God that makes Satan retreat!

"Armor of God" in the BIble: Ephesians 6:10-18
This passage describes the "armor of God"--the set of spiritual disciplines that, when equipped and practiced daily, protect us from spiritual harm and make us effective servants of Christ. These practices on their own might be useful, but they become a truly powerful "suit of armor" when they're wielded together.
