Cleansed in the Bible - a Christian perspective
Following the Law can never truly cleanse us--even if you followed the Old Testament religious rules closely, you would still have to repeat them periodically to be cleansed. Jesus Christ, on the other hand, offers a cleansing of the soul that is permanent.
