Riding on a donkey in the Bible - a Christian perspective
When Jesus entered Jerusalem, he had his disciples go ahead of him and bring him a donkey and its colt. He entered the city riding on the back of the donkey in order to fulfill a prophecy that had been written about him in Zechariah.
