"Compel" in the Bible: Luke 14:22-24
Jesus told a parable of a person who was throwing a banquet. No one came and he was furious. So, he ordered his servants to go out and compel people to come to his home for the feast. The master said that none of those who were previously invited would even receive a taste of the banquet.
