Jews and Greeks - a Christian perspective
Paul writes that Jews demand signs and Greeks look for wisdom. Neither party knew what to do with Jesus, who seemed to eschew both wisdom and signs, but for those whom God called--both Jew and Greek--Jesus was the power and wisdom of God.
