Call those things - a Christian perspective
Paul writes that God has the power to give life to the dead and call things as though they were not. He has power to restore and destroy everything in His creation.

"Healed" in the BIble: Isaiah 53:5
Although Isaiah lived long before Jesus was born, this passage is a perfect description of the task Jesus would perform through his crucifixion: Jesus would take the punishment for our sins, and as a result we are restored.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - Trampling People - #9184 | Radio Program | A Life That Matters
It’s the kind of holiday story that made me feel sick in the pit of my stomach: out of control bargain-hunters stormed into a Long Island store on the day after Thanksgiving and trampled the worker at the door to death. Four other people were taken to the hospital with their injuries, including a woman eight months pregnant. Is it really that important to get a couple hundred dollars off a plasma screen?

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - A Clean Slate For a New Year - #8175 | Radio Program | A Life That Matters
I’ve been involved with a lot of families, hurting couples, hurting parents, hurting kids, hurting relationships over the years. So many marriages could have been saved, so many kids could have been saved, so many relationships, so many churches if someone could have just said those words, “I was wrong.”

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - The Vibe You Send - #8173 | Radio Program | A Life That Matters
...sometimes we wonder why people seem to be ignoring us or not wanting to be around us. Maybe they’re just reading what we’re wearing. In other words, they’re responding to the vibe we seem to be broadcasting.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Unexplainable Changes - #5636
My friends whose addictions and appetite for what once addicted them were gone overnight, the people who were victims of serious hurt who don't see themselves as victims anymore - they're healers of other wounded people, those who were once sexually irresponsible who are living pure today, the volcanic tempers that Jesus has tamed, the sins of previous generations that have been miraculously stopped in this generation by Jesus.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - The Same Old Baggage - #5610
Why does Jesus ask us if we want to get well? Because sometimes we're afraid to change. We've gotten used to playing the victim role, the loser role. We've settled into an identity that revolves around that same old baggage. Notice the man didn't just say "Yes." He responded with a nobody cares complaint. He's gotten used to being the guy with the problem, he was stuck in his victim identity, but Jesus acts miraculously and that man walks away carrying what had been carrying him for years.

Smith Wigglesworth : Wilt Thou Be Made Whole?
I believe the word of God is so powerful that it can transform any and every life. There is power in God's word to make that which does not appear to appear. There is executive power in the word that proceeds from His lips. The psalmist tells us, "He sent His word and healed them" (Ps. 107:20)...

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”
- 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
