"Honor father" in the Bible: Ephesians 6:1-3
Paul echoes one of the ten commandments in Ephesians telling us to honor our father and our mother. He mentions that this is the first commandment that comes with a promise. If we truly do honor our father and mother we will enjoy a long life on this earth.
