The Answer in the Mirror - #6047
I saw a simple, but profound little sentence on a church sign recently. It said, "God, I have a problem. It's me." That kind of prayer is the only place some of us are ever going to find any healing, any happiness, or any peace. Not "I have a problem - it's them," but "it's me." That admission can save a marriage, a relationship with a child, the unity of a church or a ministry, or a relationship that's too valuable to lose.

Heavy On the Healthy Stuff - #5703
Just like cholesterol, you can't just be against the bad input. You need to be making a conscious, daily effort to load up on God's ideas and attitudes. Jesus said if you clean out one evil spirit and you just leave an empty space there, seven spirits worse will come back and fill that space. So, you have to fill the space in your thinking and your emotions that the dark stuff has been occupying.

What about people who have never heard of Christ? - Faith Facts
The Bible makes it clear that through nature and conscience each person has some knowledge about God and sin for which he is accountable. Look at how we are confident that God will not hold anyone accountable for any knowledge he did not receive and yet see how Christ is the only way to salvation.
