Robe in the Bible - a Christian perspective
When you screw up are you given a robe and a ring? Jesus' parable of the prodigal son in the gospel of Luke includes a touching scene of forgiveness at the end. When the prodigal son returns home. Instead of receiving chastisement for what he'd done he is instead adorned with a robe and a ring and a feast is prepared for him.
