Second - a Christian perspective
Jesus is sometimes called the "second Adam," sent to earth to right the wrong triggered by Adam. The "first man" Adam was fashioned from the dust, but the "second man" Jesus came from heaven itself.

"Second Adam" in the Bible: 1 Corinthians 15:45-47
In 1 Corinthians the author compares the first adam to the second adam. The first, he says, was born from the dust, but the last came from heaven. The last adam is called, "a life-giving spirit."
