Seventy - a Christian perspective
Is there a limit to God's forgiveness, or to the number of times we are expected to forgive people who hurt or offend us? Not according to Jesus, who says we must be willing to forgive "seventy seven" times--a rhetorical device that essentially means "an infinite number."
