Third day in the Bible: 1 Corinthians 15:3-5
Jesus' death was followed three days later by his resurrection. If Jesus' hadn't risen on the third day, his death would have no spiritual significance for us--but he did rise, and with that resurrection offers us complete forgiveness of our sins.

A Temple Leader Visits Jesus
Jesus drives the moneychangers out of the Temple which is a house of prayer. Jesus tells Nicodemus he must be born again. Nicodemus asks how an old man can be born a second time. Jesus says that the spirit must be born from above. This happens when a person believes in Jesus.
