"To die is gain" in the Bible: Philippians 1.21
It seems morbid to think that death will somehow be considered gain in the Kingdom of God, but when Paul writes this he is talking about excising that part of you that is sinful. By letting that part of you die you find spiritual gain. After all, Christ is life.
