Tsunami Heroes - #6401
The tsunami of death and judgment is coming. The warning has been sounded. The lives of the people around you depend on someone leading them to the high ground of Jesus' cross. You are their chance, and you're a candidate to be one of Heaven's heroes.

A Precarious Planet - #6399
Every day on this planet, a "tsunami" called death sweeps 150,000 people into eternity ready or not. Since it happens with, you know, one heart attack here and one traffic accident there, we don't see it on the news like we do an attack of a killer wave. But it's real, it's relentless, and it's coming my way.

Disaster in Japan: A Wake-Up Call for the People of God
This is a time to take urgent action to save the lives around us. I know the high ground is on that hill with the Cross on it, the Cross where Jesus took the full force of the tsunami of God's judgment. I cannot fail the people I know. I am their warning system. I know how they can be safe, whenever, however eternity comes.

A Precarious Planet
The high ground is on a hill with a cross on it. Millions of people have fled to that cross and found safety. And Jesus stands there today, lovingly extending His invitation: "Come to Me" (Matthew 11:28). A precarious planet. A fragile life. An appointment with God. A way to be ready. It's a good day to run to Him.

A Tsunami Every Day - #6245
You have nothing more important you can do with the rest of your life than to invest it in getting the life-saving news about Jesus to as many people as possible while there's still time. Because we are God's warning system. To know the wave is coming and remain silent is to let people die who otherwise might have lived.

Turn Around, Don't Drown - #6221
The Bible doesn't say to fight with temptation. It says to flee temptation (2 Timothy 2:22). It may not look very deep. But, believe me, it has carried away people stronger than you. God knows where the road you're on is taking you. And He loves you. And you've heard His warning, "Turn around, my child. Don't drown." You still have time to turn around. You won't have time when the flood is carrying you where you thought you'd never go.

The Wave and the Warning - #5973
The people who survived the tsunami were the people who ran to the higher ground where the waves couldn't come. The only way you can be safe and beyond the reach of God's judgment is to go to the high ground of a place called Skull Hill where God's judgment for your sin already fell on His Son. The judgment of God can't reach you there; but only there. No other ground is high enough.

Warning in the Bible - a Christian perspective
The apostle Paul was warned by a prophet that he would be captured and turned over to his enemies--but he wasn't dissuaded from continuing his ministry. He was more concerned with doing God's work than with worrying about the consequences.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Hurricane Warning - #8055
The Bible paints a similar picture of God’s passionate warnings to us about the hurricane of His judgment that will hit every one of us who hasn’t had the sins of our life forgiven by Him.

Greg Gordon : Warning A Wicked And Perverse Generation
A wicked and perverse generation seeks after a sign. A carnal, lukewarm, lax, unbelieving Church sits back and demands of God the supernatural to give value to His credibility. The spotless bride often looks more like a self-absorbed whore. Dennis E. Green said: “We feast on the...
