Devotional : Loving the Sinner

As Christians, what should our response be when we discover that someone in our congregation has an ongoing problem with sin? Perhaps they're having an affair, or they've been arrested numerous times for drug possession. What is the appropriate course to take? This devotional takes a close look at Jesus' teaching on the subject, and explains what every Christian should do when a fellow believer is struggling with sin.

  1. exquisite1s says:

    As an individual in God,

    would fast and pray about the situation, asking GOD to intervene for the individuals whom are involve in that,
    let the Pastors know,
    As a woman in God, It’s only wise to approach the woman, introduce myself, if we don’t know each other, have a simple yet loving conversation, asking her how was her week, it’s nice meeting her, hope to see her again, and let her know that if she needs prayer or any other needs she can call me, and continue to encourage from time to time, In the meantime, wait on God to intervene, when the HE gives instruction, then move on it. But continue to love them in words and deeds.

“[Thanksgiving and Prayer] We ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, and rightly so, because your faith is growing more and more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing.”
