I became Ill a year ago with a spinal virus that affected many organs in my body. I missed almost a whole year of school and gained quite a bit of weight. I am constantly frustrated because I have always had control over my eating and now I crave foods when I have any feeling of sickness what so ever. I just need some advice I don’t like over eating I want to nourish my body and eat how I used to.
