Praises of His people - a Christian perspective
Holiness is one of God's most defining characteristics. This psalm describes God as embodying, or being present alongside, the praises of His people.

Unfortunately there is no verse that says, “praise of His PEOPLE”. This concept was hijacked in an effort to bolster the false belief that Israel was replaced by the “church”. The actual verse is Psalm 22:3 which says, “But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of ISRAEL. This is because the bible is the story of ISRAEL and how our Messiah created them, loved them, was abandoned by them, died for THEM (oh and everyone else as well) and will regather them and reign over THEM for eternity OH and by the way the “THEM” is US since belief in Messiah makes us the seed of Abraham. “All of Israel will be saved” Gentiles were given the MIRACULOUS opportunity of being “grafted in” to Israel. It is impossible for one NOT born Israeli to BECOME Israeli – except that we are BORN AGAIN.
Dear brother elskid,
The church that Jesus purchased with His own blood is the New Israel of God.
It was for His elect in both the OT and NT that He died, a ransom for sinners. The Shepherd laid down His life for His Sheep; not for goats!
The New Israel, the Church, is made up of both Jews and Gentiles. Their common entry into God’s household is thru repentance from sin and faith alone in Christ. In that sense, they have been Born Again, spiritually!
John 10;Romans9; Ephesians 1; and Rev.13:8
Godspeed,
See you at the top!
