"I will never leave you" in the Bible: Hebrews 13:5

What could possibly be more comforting than God's promise here to never leave or abandon us? It's a promise that no person could make to another, but when God makes a pledge like this, we can be assured that He will keep it.

Hi you sound such a lovely father may the Lord give you strength each day. I also know how you feel cos I was left & our baby was 3 days old. I have forgiven him but now we are friends. Its better that way & the child still see the father. I’m trying to bring our child up in the ways of the Lord.

That verse helps me as well. Also Trust in the Lord proverbs 3 So stay strong & God bless you.

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”
- 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
