Would you submit to moral, but non-biblical, lifestyle restrictions in your job?

Would you take a job with an employer that imposed non-biblical restrictions on your personal behavior? Is a restriction like this an instance of humans adding pointless laws to the gospel of grace?

We do especially as a therapist. You work with clients and open spiritual warfare based on their demons, however, you are told to leave out God or religion. I am totally appalled by the stance that these companies make based on leaving out God, when in actuality the Lord is the only one can fight these types of battles. I may pray before the session, however, you are not suppose to pray with the client, and in all fairness the bible tells us “where two or more are gathered, He is in the mist.” So I want to be able to pray with the client to keep those demons that come out, under our feet.

“If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.”
- 1 Corinthians 13:1-3
