Afrikaans: Angel Gabriel tells Mary she will have God's baby. An angel tells Joseph to marry her. A census takes them to Bethlehem. Jesus is born. Angels appear to shepherds & announce the birth. Wise men from the East come later & King Herod tries to kill Jesus. Joseph goes to Egypt then Nazareth.

Hebrew: Jeremiah is called the weeping prophet. God told him to call Israel back to God, but they would not listen. Jeremiah warns the king that Nebuchadnezzar will destroy Israel and take them to Babylon for seventy years. He is thrown into prison, but God brings him out.

Estonian: Joseph interprets the dreams of a butler & a baker. Then Pharaoh has 2 dreams. Joseph interprets them, and he makes Joseph the chief ruler in Egypt. 7 years of plenty are followed by 7 years of famine. Joseph's family come to Egypt and Joseph forgives his brothers. Benjamin rejoices.

Russian Beautiful Queen Esther
Russian: Esther is raised by her Uncle Mordecai in Persia. King Ahasuerus is angry with Queen Vashti & looks for a new queen. Esther is chosen. Haman hates Mordecai & builds a gallows to hang him. Esther rescues Mordecai & all the Jews. Haman is hanged. This is celebrated every year as Purim.

Russian: Jesus passed through Jericho. A short tax collector named Zaccheus climbs up a sycamore tree to see Jesus when he passes by. Jesus calls up to Zaccheus & says he is going to his house. Zaccheus begins a new life through Jesus that day & proves it by his good works. Salvation has come.
