A Donkey With a Cross - #5700
Your mission is to take as many people as you can by the hand and lead them up Skull Hill to the foot of Jesus' cross where you show them how much Jesus loves them. Anyone who knows you for very long should be guided by you to the cross. I just pray that you won't be ashamed of the cross of Jesus. Aren't you thankful He wasn't ashamed of you when He died for you on the cross?

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - Treasure in the Trash - #5695
The parable right before this indicates that the field is this world we live in and the man in the field is Jesus. And the buried treasure? That's you and me. It's very possible you've been such a buried treasure that you don't even know you're a treasure! But Jesus thinks so! I love one thought that George W. Bush expressed in his Inaugural Address. He said, "No insignificant person was ever born."

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - Ultimate Security - #5690
There are few more comforting and more peace-giving words in the English language than this one - secure.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - Miracle on the Hudson - #8214 | Radio Program | A Life That Matters
I’ve been on airplanes where we had an emergency landing, but at least we had a runway to land on. When a flock of birds disabled the engines of US Air Flight 1549 as it was taking off from New York, there was no way their powerless plane could find a runway. In what the Governor of New York called “the miracle on the Hudson”, that plane landed intact on the Hudson River. And amazingly, all 155 on board got off safely, thanks in large part, to the people who converged on that fallen plane to rescue them including men in business suits and other commuters who were heading home on commuter ferry boats. They weren’t professional rescuers, but they were where the people in danger were, and as one Fox News anchor said, “Ordinary people became first responders.”

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - Avoiding An Avalanche At Your House - #8204 | Radio Program | A Life That Matters
It has been a crazy winter a lot of places—some very cold, cold, lots of snow and some unusually warm days thrown in. That could be one reason we keep hearing about people who've been killed by a sudden avalanche. The authorities are taking some steps to do what they can to prevent avalanches. They get this cannon that they fire and they shoot it into vulnerable accumulations of snow. They're actually trying to start an avalanche! The theory is that when you do a small avalanche, you can avoid a big one.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - Three Words for a Lifetime Love - #8207 | Radio Program | A Life That Matters
With Valentine's Day coming, I got to thinking about one of the greatest days of my life. It was the day my honey committed her life to me at our wedding. Now the pastor who married us actually apologized to me before we left the church that night. Not for marrying us, but for being too busy to give us marriage counseling. He said, "You know, the pastor who married us did the same thing. But just before we left for our honeymoon, he gave me three words of counseling. I’m going to give them to you. Beginning tonight and every day, put her first.” That pretty much says it.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, Inc. - Your Game or Your Girl - #9176 | Radio Program | A Life That Matters
Unfortunately, a lot of us husbands have flunked that same test at times when the choice was really very real. We’ve all got our “game.” It’s our work, or our workout, or our entertainment, or our Internet, our remote.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Black Friday-Day of Opportunity - #8152
Believe it or not, there may be a picture here of a life that matters. Not trampling people to get bargains, but scooping up opportunities.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Major League Mistakes - #8120
It stinks to have people only remember your mistakes, doesn’t it? Unfortunately, that may be the very thing we’re doing to some people we love without even knowing it—your kids, your friends, your spouse, your co-workers.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - Vinegar and Oil Relationships - #5677
Will you ask your Savior, who is the Truth, to help you deal with hard issues, to speak up for the truth, to confront tensions and problems when they're small?
