	Storming Home - #6896

The Bible says in Hebrews 6:19, speaking of Jesus, "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul firm and secure." And it often is not until things are out of our control that we understand we were never meant to run our lives. We were created by Jesus, for Jesus. He died to bring us back to Him, and maybe He is right now using your storm to blow you right into His loving arms.

In the Path of the Storm - #6613

God's one question when we enter eternity is going to be this: "What did you do with My Son?" Because of what His Son did for you.

	Big Wings - #6487

Who knows how many times I have been rescued from danger I never even knew by "the man with big wings." The few I do know are just the tip of the iceberg of the countless times God has kept His rescue promise. The little song our kids sang before they went to sleep each night says it all: "Safe am I, safe am I, in the hollow of His hands."

Your Line in the Sand - #6150

Are you going to stay where it's "safe," hiding Jesus behind you? Or are you going to cross the line and join the heroes who say, "I'll tell them about Jesus, whatever it costs." The people who think nothing of Jesus aren't ashamed to freely speak His name in disrespect. What about you; someone whose life, whose eternity has been changed by Jesus? Will you talk about Him because you love Him and because they need Him? Or will you be ashamed of Jesus? On that brutal cross, Jesus was not ashamed of you.

Security in Your Violent Storm - #6061

You've been through enough storms; you've lost enough that you were counting on. You know how much you need that anchor. Someone who loved you enough to die for you will never do you wrong. Someone who's powerful enough to walk out of His grave under His own power is bigger than any storm that could destroy you.

	Safe - a Christian perspective

God promises safety and shelter to those who turn to Him. Those who foolishly go their own way, however, will be lost an destroyed without God to protect them.

	Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - A Ride to a Better View - #8061

I couldn’t help but think how many of us do that spiritually; we settle for where it’s safe. We miss the view that only comes from taking the risks to go higher.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - What Good are Tornadoes - #8017

How many times have you seen people who have just lost everything they own say, “Yeah, but my family’s safe and that’s all that really matters.” You know there are two lists in life: the things that really matter and the things that really don’t. A life that matters keeps those two lists straight.
