Discernment in the Bible - a Christian perspective
One of the gifts that God gives to His church is the gift of discernment, or "distinguishing between spirits"--the ability to carefully evaluate teachings and recognize which ones are godly and which ones aren't. Discernment is something we should all practice in our everyday lives.
