Faucet Fascination - #2900
God is your Reservoir - and He never dries up. So don't sweat the faucet. Your Father has lots of ways to see that you have what you need.

No Flood, No Drought - #2410
Truth with tenderness! Love with limits! That is a dynamic life-changing duo! Truth is good, but too much of it without love leaves people cold. Love is good, but too much of it without truth leaves people in hot water. Give the people you care about "both," like Jesus did. "No Flood, No Drought." Jesus gives us both, and He captured our heart and changed our life. Your truth will challenge their heart, and your love will melt their heart!

Combat Medals - #2485
The important thing to remember is who you are doing these things for, who is the commanding officer? It is the Lord Christ you are serving! Not the church, the organization, the human leader, even the people you are trying to help. They may or may not give you the appreciation you deserve, but do it for Jesus. He will never let you down. The service awards are coming! Work with all your heart for General Jesus and prepare yourself for a lot of exciting, eternal surprises the day Christ gives His awards.

Prescription For A Weary Worker - #2890
If you're in Weary Valley, you're prone to discouragement, to thoughts of quitting what you were called to do, to mechanical ministry. It's time to get your eyes back on Jesus. It was His love that compelled you to serve in the first place. Go back to the cross, where you came in.

Immune To The Smell - #2898
Ask God to make you what Romans 16:19 calls "wise about what is good and innocent about what is evil." Innocent about evil, not intrigued by what is evil. Sin stinks. It's the rotting odor of eternal death, no matter how glamorously it is perfumed. Don't ever get used to the smell.

The Most Vulnerable Spot - #3105
When you are handling money, always take the high road. Don't see how close to the edge of integrity you can play - see how far you can stay from the edge - always erring on the side of taking too many precautions. Money seems to have spiritual power - and Satan knows it. He has used the abuse of it - or just naive carelessness with it - to majorly harm to the name of Christ and the trust of God's people.

Close Enough to Save Them - #2719
God has assigned you to a neighborhood, a workplace, a school, a social circle - to put you in a position to represent Jesus there. Yes, with your life - but also with your words. People won't figure out that Jesus took their place on the cross just by watching your life. You have to tell them that!

Letter in the Bible - a Christian perspective
Paul tells the Corinthians that they are a letter that is written on their hearts. It is a letter that is read and studied by everyone.

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - The Rebuilder's Dream
Gideon was hiding in a pit and didn’t look like a mighty warrior at all. God comes along and says, “Mighty warrior.” God didn’t see what Gideon was, He saw what he could be and what He intended to make him. God did the same with Peter. Peter was a flake when he came to Jesus; he was always up and down and very inconsistent. Jesus said, “You will be a rock when I am finished with you.”

Ron Hutchcraft Ministries - The Container Hang-Up
1 Peter 3:3–4 from God's Word says, “Your beauty should not come from outward adornment ... Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.” God says here that what really matters is the inner self, not outward adornment. Proverbs talks about a woman who is praised by her children, fully trusted by her husband, and admired by all those around. She is the woman everyone wants to be. Proverbs 31:10 says, “A wife of noble character who can find?” What’s the secret? It's her noble character. Proverbs 31:30 says, “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.”
